Pre - Construction
At this stage, a pre-construction agreement is signed, and a non-refundable fee of $5-10k, depending on project size, is charged. DLT CAT acts as a consultant. We will manage everything necessary to obtain a bid, including vendor invoices for surveys, permits, architecture, interior design, and engineering, and pass them onto the client. A full itemized construction bid is delivered within this time frame.
Also, during this stage, a lot of work takes place. We thoroughly go through value engineering and cost allocations to ensure you deeply understand the projected build timeline and all related factors. Whether you prefer to start with ambitious goals and then scale back or create a precise plan from the start, we tailor your needs and desires into a tangible project
